Tenant/Corporate Broker Representation
Leasing space is a major decision, and often your second largest expense behind payroll. That’s why you need a partner on your side who knows what they’re doing. Although Finegold Commercial Real Estate only represents tenants and corporate users, Scott Finegold has extensive previous experience representing some of the largest landlords in the country. He knows the landlords’ strategies and tactics, and uses this knowledge to get the best property selection and best possible deal for your company.

By engaging Finegold Commercial Real Estate you get exclusive broker representation by a commercial real estate expert who will partner with your facilities team, saving you both time and money while ensuring that your company avoids potentially costly mistakes (such as leasing a building that isn’t properly zoned for your business).

When the deal closes, the landlord’s broker will actually pay our fee, by splitting a portion of their commission with us.

Lease Management
For tenants, our service doesn’t end when the lease is signed. We’ll track your lease and communication dates, benchmark rents to ensure you’re continuing to pay fair market rates at each location, and make sure that nothing “falls through the cracks” in your real estate portfolio.

Buyer/Seller Representation
In addition to exclusive representation, Finegold Commercial Real Estate offers some significant benefits to those who wish to build, buy or sell commercial real estate. Unlike many other brokers, we take our time with the due diligence process, many times bringing in other skilled resources such as architects, appraisers and attorneys to ensure that we know exactly what we’re working with. This, coupled with our access to all market information, allows us to negotiate from a position of strength.

Buyers benefit from our strong relationships with other brokerage firms and ability to review every available building in the market. Sellers benefit from the compelling marketing materials we create for each property, as well as connections that enable us to market each property to the widest audience possible.

Project Management
Finegold Commercial Real Estate can help select and manage a variety of vendors who can handle all aspects of making your new space fit your needs and then moving your organization into it. From space planning and construction, to installing telecom systems or designing and implementing a sustainability strategy (including reducing energy usage and attaining LEED certification), we can provide a complete turn-key solution for you.
